hi folks
we bought a QQ in Jan and have had lots of problems with it and dealership.
I have gotten the TMO involved who are not willing to uphold our complaint / request for refund or exchange.
any advice / help would be greatly appreciate.

sounds dreadful sorry I can't help but it sounds fairly typical of Nissan stealership shoddy customer service
For clarity, what is the meaning of your TMO acronym ? Presumably something to do with Trading Standards.
