This is not going to help you as this is a German Dealership, but anyway here are some comments.
We have had a Micra & Note from two different Dealerships in Berlin that both went down the Pan. We then found our present Dealership which is a Family concern with 7 Dealerships in and around Berlin. We bought both the Juke Tekna & QQ Tekna New from this Dealership “Autohaus Wegener” and have had them serviced, modified, maintained and corrected under Guarantee when required without problems. A Service car or a Bike
is always offered and the QQ is always cleaned FOC and Coffee is on Tap. What does happen over here after your Service is that you are either called by a Nissan Call Center with a Questionare or sent an email to give feedback direct to Nissan who then inform the Dealer with feedback or if required when criticisms are mentioned. I have attached the Nissan Questionare (in German) just so you can see what I mean.
Do not get me wrong here, but I am one Happy Customer, but if not my mouth opens up. I am also sure that this type of Dealer Service does exist in the U.K. and as mentioned before when found stay with them - Dave

Bristol Street Motors Nissan Bradford. Always had excellent service from these guys over my last 3 years of Qashqai ownership. Recommended!

I have had occasion to take my QQ into Westway at Basingstoke a few times and have always found them friendly and efficient.

Nortonway Nissan in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Always welcoming with cheerful staff. Helpful with small faults/queries.

Always had good experiences with Desira Nissan Norwich.
Fixed my air con problem under warranty with no quibbles while I waited and changing the failed paint on the roofs bars again with no quibbles under warranty.
Its a shame I have moved 75 miles away from them but we still go back due to being more reasonable than the local Nissan dealer and offer a better service.
