I am changing my 2014 Tekna for a Peugeot 3008 G Line.
I have the usual problems that come up on here (1.5 diesel) but all in the car has performed well and is running superbly at this time.
Why change? partly because I can at this time and as well as the car is running I have lost some trust in Nissan as to what to expect now the car is nearing 4 years, and of course it’s a diesel which I suspect the governments will start to hammer in the near future.
In fairness to the garage where I have it serviced one person always helpful, but others give Me the impression they are doing me a favour by servicing my car and doing any warranty work.
While I have not put many posts on this site I do get the daily email and have on a number of occasions been grateful for the comments and advice shown so thank you all and hope your cars perform as well as they should.
Thanks for all the help and information

Let us know how the 3008 compares Kris. Warts and all, and the dealer experience, which
is Nissan's weak spot, like many other manufacturers.

Peugeot was one of the manufacturers I didn't consider when looking for a replacement. This was partly because they seem rather expensive.
I note the 3008 GT Line (presumed) is "from" £27,130 - and that's for the base 1.2 with plain "Hurricane Grey" paint - other colours are £525/£675 extra. 360deg camera is an extra £450, keyless go an extra £350. A red GT (diesel + auto only) would cost £36,425.00. That's a lot for a Peugeot.
That said the "design" elements of the 3008 do look great - look at that sweep of chrome! - so at least you'll be happy driving!

Good luck with your new 3008. That's what I have got my eye on, especially now they have brought out the 3008 GT line Premium with a 1.6 petrol auto (just what I was waiting for). They may seem a bit pricey gloucester, but I used car wow to get a quote and they knocked about £4000 off the price.
Kris, there is a Peugeot 3008 forum on the exact same lines as this one, worth joining for continued good advice.

Hi Doug
Thanks for that info will look it up.
The model I have is the G Line 1.6 Auto petrol, not quite the premium but as picked it up today getting to grips with it.

https://www.peugeot.co.uk/showroom/3008/gt-line/ - but it doesn't show you much - neither does the brochure when you download it.
Did you consider a T-Roc? I specced up a T-Roc Design auto and it came to just over £30k too.
In the end I thought "enough is enough" - I could get a cheaper car and change it more frequently - hence the Ignis
Enjoy! (even the "Allegro" steering wheel!)

Hi Gloucester, did look at T Rock but to be honest was very disappointed in it, apart from that the two dealers I went into
One told me to come back the weekend when they had offers on them, the other one after walking around a few times sitting in one going outside and coming back in came to the conclusion I had my invisible suit on as no one spoke or approached me.
