droning noise

bought a qashqai 15 plate last week 38000 on clock noticed on test drive a droning type noise on low speeds mentioned to salesman on test drive , 2 new tyres fitted and still happening they changed the tyres around no joy now looking at bearings on one side to see if that cures it . any other suggestions please
