I'm not trying to rub salt in anyones wounds or trying to upset them either but as u mentioned u might buy a newer model then it seems correct for me to let you know that the latest model/connect unit is not fazed by these funky signals it seems. My 2015 QQ was very much affected, the 2019 QQ is not.

I am having a big problem with this too, DAB, iPod, calls, sat nav all blocks up or system switches off. My warranty on the juke ended early this year.. then the problems started. We can we do ? Help please
I have the same problem cutting out for about 20 seconds every 5minutes or so . Then some times it will be ok for half an hour and start the problem all over again. I spoke to the dealer who said it needs a sat nav up date which shows their total lack of understanding. Ie The sat nav has no connection with the radio,CD or phone. I contacted Nissan for their advice and they just said take it to a dealer for a diagnostic check it is out of warranty so they will charge a min of £100 to tell me they don't know what is wrong. NISSAN SEEM TO BE IN TOTAL DENIAL OF THE PROBLEM Any suggestions???
My 64 plate QQ has the same problem starting in December 2018, cutting out (on DAB & Aux) and occasionally rebooting.
I have contacted Nissan GB directly, the first time they tried to fob me off, I contacted them again and they replied:
' your case has been escalated to a case manager. As this is currently being worked on by Nissan as a know issue, your case manager will be in contact with you as soon as a solution has been provided. At the moment, we don't have a resolution'.
Fingers crossed they provide a solution ASAP.
If you have a problem, please contact Nissan GB directly. The bigger the problem, the more effort they will put into it's.

I shouldn't say this. My 67 plate Facelift is not crashing around either...only DAB struggling on weak stations and which I'd expect with a mobile radio device ducking and diving weak line of site radio signals. I know its supposed to hop stations....if there is something to hop to?Pandjh wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2019 3:23 pm I'm not trying to rub salt in anyones wounds or trying to upset them either but as u mentioned u might buy a newer model then it seems correct for me to let you know that the latest model/connect unit is not fazed by these funky signals it seems. Afaik it'll only hop between DAB and the FM version of the same station as long as one exists. We only get full dropout on for example Heart 80s as its a weak signal with no FM signal for it. If i tune to Capital London it can bounce between DAB and FM as both are broadcast.

Didn't expect it to hop to FM..unless its simply changing over to a pre-tuned FM channel. (or vice-versa).

Near the M2 south of Medway (Chatham). Near a big @@@@@@@ of a transmitter.
Pretty sure i haven't any presets on FM.

Hi. Wonder if you guys with the 11B models can tell me if the Sat Nav still has the rubbish SD card that is on my 11A which is now 3 years out of date, or is there a more up to date navigation system. I have gone back to using my Tom Tom and Waze on my phone

From the Acenta Premium upwards, Sat navigation options now include Android Auto or Apple Carplay with Google Maps and Waze.
The built-in sat navigation which now has no SD card as such, is powered by downloadable TomTom maps that cover Europe as before. Problem solved imo.
