I placed my order on the 3rd of this month so from previous purchases from this site and I have made many I am expecting them next week and the latest 2 weeks.
Most item arrive anything from 7-30 days.

I also intend buying my Android head unit from here and adding a reversing camera and DAB radio which my car does not have

That's a very old slow system. Most systems today have 4G/64G.Of course it's cheap but I would spend a bit more for a recent system.

That specific unit needs tethering from your phone using wifi or else you can't use a2dp. There are other similar units which have a built in slot for a sim-card.
