Anyone have any idea what could be causing a battery drain on a 2007 J10.
I have tried x2 new battery's in and both are suffer from drain.

Alternator is ok as charging when driven. I've put a meter between battery and - cable and drain reads 31mili amps now I know this is not enough to cause the drain that is happening as when left for more than a few days the voltage really drops to the extent.

I put the meter across all fuses on the drivers side fusebox by the right knee and no drop is messured.

Battery earth strap recently replaced too, I am at a loss.Really like the car but this problem is making me want to change it.

P.S. Had the problem when bought it just didn't know until I started driving less often and noticed the drop in voltage and not starting.

Someone showed a transit fuse you could pull, that's if it is fitted to your model. It won't fix anything, it but may help eliminate the area. A quick search should find it.
