Roof rack without roof bars

I’m about to buy a 2017 Qashqai that doesn’t come with the exposed roof bars. L

Is it possible I can fit a roof rack on it still?

I ordered OEM roof racks for my Rogue Sport (north America) (Genuine Nissan Qashqai J11 2014 Load/Roof Carrier Steel Brand New - KE7304E500) and instruction says the base needs holes in door jam so roof racks sit properly and aligned... but I see no holes in my car.... can someone please take a pic of their door wells ? top part? i want to see if qashqai in eu and rogue sport in us are that different or I'm just not getting the instruction properly... thanks

KYRGYZ just like a Code

Last Year in Florida I helped a Buddy Assemble a similiar Roof Rack on one of the Kia SUV’s and questioned what stopped the Bars Sliding - no fixed position. I believe this is what you are referring to, there is in fact on our QQ J11 (2014) Bushes pressed into the Top of the Door Frames which I would assume locate the Bars - see Pics.
