Probyan, you are great, thanks for that information that certainly appears to clear things up and I am sure our Sales Guy will be well pleased that you backed him up ๐Ÿ˜‰ - Thanks Again Dave ๐Ÿ‘

Thanks Dave. As mentioned earlier you will see that there is no clamping bolt for the Bose as it too short. For the moment I have trapped it with a piece of carpet underlay (bottom RH corner).
I plan on getting a piece of 8mm screwed rod and making my own clamp.

I bought a Spacesaver wheel locally , fiited no problem, just bought some Tapped rod to fix it with. Jack wrapped in towel next to the wheel. You do lose some space under the boot floor, but worth it to carry a spare wheel.

Had a 2016 NTEC+ and just taken delivery of a 2019 Tekna

Looking to retro fit a space saver (SS) but as advised, no room for the sub and the wheel - which from this forum is clearly not the case

Does anyone know which SS has the correct internal diameter for the sub to fit in?

As i still have both cars, it looks like the polystyrene insert is also different in the Tekna so i am going to need to get a 2016 varians as the car is on PCP and i don't want to go hacking at the 2019 variant

Thereโ€™s only one space saver wheel/tyre available from Nissan

Thanks for posting the pictures, this has been useful to me.

From the pictures it looks like the you effectively lose the lower storage area (under the hard boards). Would that be a correct impression? (actually I think that is what @alans220 is saying).

It is also what my earlier photo is showing.

Yes you do lose some, but not all of it, mainly the middle part where the sub is. Shame the sub diameter is not a little smaller so it would actually fit inside the wheel, as it is it just sits on top of it. Still worth losing a little space for the security of having a spare wheel.
