No the window repair company (autoglass). Apparantly as it has the smart tec pack i need to fill up as they need to re set the sensor on the windowscreen. And if its not a full tank, they wont do it. As the sensors wont work correctly.
Tbh i think they are bein funny, but il fill it up as id of only put the fuel in over the next few weeks anyway. But i will have it out with them about it. I will let you know the outcome on wednesday.

I had this too, but what's the issue, if they want it full just fill it up. They also want all other items removed, boot empty etc, the aim is to get the car as close to the setup it would have off the line. I guess Nissan calibrate it all taking the fuel weight or lack thereof into account.

Im only questioning it as it putting more money on the pruce of the windowscreen, and if its unneccessary to do it then i wouldnt.

Yep but Nissans calibrations may take no fuel into account whereas autoglass want real world setup. Its not money ur losing, you get to keep the fuel
