New Battery Same Problems

Hi all

Just replaced the battery in nissan qq - bought a near like (well a 72ah instead of 75ah) for like battery Yuasa YBX7030 EFB Start Stop Battery

However I still have an engine management light and still have a start stop error on the dash

Ive tried an OBD adapter but I cant seem to get any fault codes really - there are no coddes beginning with P anyway

I gather I need to reset the battery info - is it time to take to a garage or is there any shortcut that anybody knows of to say reset the ecu??

When I had mine replaced by Nissan they assured me no updating of the BCM system was necessary,
but that may have been as it was straight like for like capacity.
You could try & find an independent with the requisite diagnostics kit.
