Reversed into a fence post yesterday and smashed my rear side light cluster, stupid idiot I know!
Anyway, any idea of the cost to replace this section, garage v diy?
Is it easy enough to replace diy?
Thanks.

It's a simple 5 minute job, hardest part is getting the replacement as cheap as you can, start with local scrap dealer, if that fails try searching Nissan qashqai breaking on the Bay and message a few to see what price the want. Or just buy one from search if you are in a hurry.

Dont bother trying to take it off until you have the replacement light. That way you can check out the back of the replacement for any extra notches that hold it in place, £70 is really expensive , I had a quick scarch and they start at around £35 on eBay.
Been through ebay and the exact match one is priced at £68, passenger side.
Managed to get it off today, just wondering if the full unit comes with it or is it just the plastic cover!
Thanks for the info.

It will be the full unit, dont worry about that part. Hell that's one expensive light, over the years I have replaced loads of lights on cars front and back and I think the most I have ever paid was around £35. Although I do have a good choice of car breakers near me.
