Dave, they're not fitted on my top of the range CX-5 either, but weight of bonnet not so great. :(

Yes I agree with the bonnet struts as the bonnet is very weighty.I was amazed when I first lifting my bonnet that they weren’t fitted from manufacture.

Hi Gel, I have noticed you are becoming more active on the old QQ Forum which is positive. How are things going with the Mazda CX-5 was the change worthwhile against your older QQ. Just a question out of interest as you have now the experience of both - Regards Dave 🤗
