Hi All
I’ve been speaking with my local dealer since November now due to the volume on our radio seems to have a mind of its own... they’ve done updates and replaced the radio but fault still occurs. They’ve told me they’re now waiting on a new fix in mid June and apparently most customers with 17 plate onwards are effected? Mine is a 67 plate... does anyone else have this problem ? As feel they’re trying to fob me off as been trying to reject the car!

Interesting...I have a 67 plate also. No volume problem...yet.
Is this just a complete radio (AM/FM/DAB) problem? Are USB and Phone functions affected also?
Did the dealer change the complete ICE (Connect) dash unit. I don't think they can change parts of it...like radio/bluetooth etc

Hi, yes DAB fault just had an email from Nissan directly after complaining they’ve said it’s a known fault across the range and looking for a fix in June.... but this has been going on now for months !!
