Phone Holder - Qashqai 2015 N-Tec+

Hi everyone,

I've just purchased my very first Nissan Qashqai and I'm extremely excited to pick it up in a few days. From what I've seen the car has a brilliant built in SATNAV however I also like to use my phone's SATNAV from time to time to divert around bad traffic.

Could anyone recommend a decent phone holder that they use in their Qashqai? Ideally I'd rather not have to plug anything into the vents as in the past I've damaged the vents from being too heavy handed .

I have a Belkin cupholder one - like this:

Very sturdy since rotating the collar moves the three stubs out to lock it into place.

I went through 3 holders

1. Suction cup version
2. CD holder version
3. Spider vented version

The first 2 seemed too in your face while the spider version was vented and low enough that it never came above your line of view looking out the windscreen

I would have suggested this 1 but as you don't want a vented version but it's the 1 I use and have went through 3 others choosing the right 1 for me and came up with this and love it even though it is in the vent its slid in with no problems and it hasn't moved since I installed it

Thanks for your replies mate. I'm curious about the spider mount holder as I've never seen them before. Do you have a picture of it in use in your car you could share?

I ended up going for this one in the end. It works exceptionally well in the J11 Qashqai and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else. I was a little concerned it may block my view a little bit but it doesn't at all.
