Hello everyone I’m new on here so please be gentle.. hope it’s okay to post this here. I’ve tried to do a search here in case I’m repeating the question but unable to find anything. I’ve recently purchase the new facelift model Qashqai Connect 1.5 dci.. it was purchased with very light damage and I’m trying to source the parts which seem extortionate from the dealership.. and breakers aren’t much better as there’s so few of these in their yards. Any help, advice links etc would be most helpful. Thank you

Welcome to this forum.

I suspect dealers and scrappers are the only source at present.

Jakey, you are most likely on a loser at present because as mentioned the QQ J11B is too new and hopefully at present there are not too many “Written Off” ones around for Spares. As mentioned by Gloucester you could take a look on the website from a Nissan Parts Dealer like Glyn Hopkins for Nissan QQ Parts as an example, as sometimes they have some offers on parts or just give them a call. The other main option is the “Scrappies” which is most probably not that good at present - Dave 😏

What parts are you after ? I've seen 1 being taken to our local breakers on the back of a truck last week.

I drive past it to & from work, I'm not a breakers stalker.....honest

ImageHa ha.. I’m sure you’re not Noddy, but even you own one you suddenly notice them everywhere.. even on back of recovery trucks. I need the splashguard liner under the front drivers wheel arch (it’s a piece of plastic, currently quoted at £92 😳) .. Also there’s a plastic grille sits behind the bumper .. currently quoted at £162+ vat). It’s not that there’s no breakers that have these cars it’s just that they charge more than the dealership sometimes, because they’re hard to come by. Also the bumper bar it’s literally a strip of metal but at £210 I feel like I’m being held to ransom!
