Iv'e seen our council in W. Mids commission resurfacing and call the contractor back to repeat the work....twice in 2015. As with a number of things in UK...have they forgotten how do do this simple stuff? More like what they can obviously get away with and examples of that continue...in the same places. So much for procedures...the quality versions.
