I have an issue with my qashqai Tekna 2015. The power windows, electric seat and panoramic roof are working intermittently.

When I start the car in the morning everything works fine but as soon as I start driving, the above devices stop working.

If i leave the car idle for about 5 to 10 mins, then everything starts working again.

Any ideas plz

Welcome to this forum.

That's a new one to my knowledge. Hopefully someone can assist.

That looks like a BCM (Body Control Module) problem. This is the module that controls functions that are not engine/drive train related. The kind of fault mentioned here likely has to do with the data communication of the failing functions (roof/seat etc). One or more of them is intermittently corrupting data comm to the BCM. Or indeed the BCM itself

Apologies for the thread hijack, but could the BCM be a possible suspect in my case of one wing mirror not opening sometimes?

No worry...this will tell you about the wing mirrors...see video. Often WD40 won'tl fix it,

The term Master in this vid is a BCM type module or part of it.

Heard a few horror stories about Motordepot in Hull. Actively avoided them when I was looking for mine.

Just wonder if that indicates that somebody has had the seat off before and failed to protect the wiring. I've not looked but the wires should be in a protective sheath and routed safely.
