Weasel, this treatment you have found is impressive from GYEON Ceramic Coatings @ Clean Detail Doncaster and now Lang has mentioned GEN-3 Glasscoat. I tried to find some contacts out here with no luck at present. Interest is there and I found a couple of websites which might help to understand these treatments - Dave 😉 Again Thanks for the Interest.

The total cost of the paint correction and ceramic coatings was £690 ( £445 for the machine polish and £245 for the ceramic coatings on all surfaces )
Cheers. Not a bad price for both.

That's some good info, Dave...very in-depth and very informative.

Thanks Noddy :)

Noddy, the Company Clean Detail that Weasel used seem to be very reasonable with their pricing structure depending on the amount of work required on the Bodywork eg swirls and scratches and with a wide choice of treatments. 👍 Take a look Dave 😉

Cheers Dave. Already looked, I bought my Qashqai from Nissan Doncaster, only about 40 mins drive.

Lots of places/people advertise detailing, but I'm always dubious as to if they actually did the work. Nice pictures and review from Weasel makes it a more enticing prospect.

Just treated my March 2019 QQ ST-L (New Zealand Spec) to its first good polish then waxing. Mine is in the Sangria Red paint and it really does look good after waxing.
Down here in New Zealand it is even more important due the depleting ozone layer resulting in harsher sun power, it genuinely is quite serious as even now in depth of winter here now you can still get serious sun burn. So decent protection for your car paintwork is vital, at least here the garages attached to most homes are decent enough size to put your car in when not being used.
I agree with all of the guys here that work and effort spent now pays dividend during the cars life.

This might be of interest as on this video it appears the Guys are applying this Diamond Ceramic Protection which I believe Nick & Dr-RS used on their new Tekna + QQ’s. Interesting and look at the detail and the end surface finish - Dave 😁

I had to do something with rusty brake calipers on my 14 plate Tekna with 110.000 km on the clock. By the way, I still have original discs and pads.

Duncho, Good to hear from you. A Nice job and certainly the QQ is still looking very good. We have just got rid of our 14 Model and did the same job with the Brake Calipers on the new QQ. We had ours completely disassembled, cleaned and sprayed, but naturally it cost us as we do not have the garage facilities here unfortunately. Did you manage to get around the backs of the Calipers as that was another reason we decided on disassembly, but naturally in position is much easier - Regards Dave ✅ 😉

Hey Dave! I like yours, indeed neat work!
I had to replace my front calipers so I decided to replace them all and paint them properly too. Attached some photos 😉
