Good evening
After a little advise please -Picked the car up 2 weeks ago new. From the first day the interior windows mist up all the time , even hard to clear with a/c and recirculation on.
I thought it was from where it had been valeted just before we picked it up , but after 2 weeks it still as bad as ever. before I book it in to our local dealer I was wondering if anybody else has had this issue.
Thanks for reading and look forward to any advise
Cheers DT.

Welcome to this forum.
That's not something that's been reported previously. Are you sure the AC's working?

Have you checked that you have no water leaks inside the car such as under the carpets or even damp ones. Do you have the re-circulation button switched to draw air from the outside and not re-circulating the internal air. I have used since new in our QQ Henkel Moisture Packs and now the Bigger Packs from Lidl and these really work, you would be surprised how quick the powder in the Henkel Packs turns to Gel or water contained in the Lidl Tray. Might be worth a check or try - Dave

As per Dave's suggestion above, I can vouch that having a spillage results in very wet inside windows ! Earlier in the year I spilt loads of water in the boot from a carpet cleaning machine without noticing and my windows were not just steamed up, they were running wet on the inside the morning after. After drying everything out fully and running the air con for a while the problem was sorted for me . Hope you find the problem and get it resolved whatever it is.

The windows on my new QQ misted up a bit and I found the inside of the windows were greasy, or some sort of coating, so I cleaned them thoroughly with car window cleaning wipes and the problem has virtually gone.

Thank you all for your reply’s.
I wasn’t expecting to have to use any form of moisture pack on a new car all carpets are bone dry and spare wheel well.
I must say we are feeling pretty down as it’s the first ever car we’ve brought brand new and never expected this from a Nissan

Moisture is in there somewhere...don't hesitate with dealer. Get them working on it PDQ and don't be "down".DT191 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 12:48 am Thank you all for your reply’s.
