This is not really new please take a look at this old post which shows the same model from Autobild, but interesting except for the language - Dave 😏

Just to throw another Spanner in the Works, I was reading today Auto Motor & Sport Mag and what was mentioned was a 2020 QQ 3rd Generation coming out in July. The SUV will be bigger and use designs seen on the IMx Concept, new cockpit, modern entertainment system with bigger display. There will be a Petrol, 2 Hybrids, a Plug In and an e-Power with a small petrol engine for the Battery. I asked our Dealer today and it was mentioned that this was still a Concept Model, we will see ! - Dave 😃

I can't see the point in making it bigger - unless they're killing the X-Trail

No diesel version - I thought this worthy of a new topic - see https://www.qashqaiforums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=9139#p72506

Qashqai Model: Mk.3 Qashqai - J12 (2021+) New Model

I was planning to wait for the new hybrid (not the plug-in variety), but now I read it's going to be bigger. Bad news for me... it means it probably won't fit into my garage. My present Qashqai is a very tight fit and I really don't want my car out on the drive. Too much thieving going on with the keyless version.

“A series of exclusive leaked images showing next generation Qashqai have been released across the internet. The images featured in Auto Expresses write up show a sharp new design with the report itself claiming that Nissan will be ditching diesel engines and featuring two new hybrid power trains. It the reports are true, this will be the first UK car in the Nissan range to feature hybrid technology.” - Dave 😉

Styling-wise, the SUV will adopt a revolutionary new design, previewed by our images. However, it won’t get any larger, with Pandikuthira saying: “You’ll notice with [the last] Qashqai, we left it at 4.4 metres. We didn’t grow it into a big, bloated vehicle.”
