Average mph in display

Pretty sure ill be shot down by the forum police for asking a stupid question probably asked before :D but could someone tell me how to get rid of the Average notification in the display screen?
Currently i have the lane, auto brake and speed sign icons along with the usual temp, clock and digital speedometer. Also have the mileometer and the average thingmy that I don't want or need to see.

You can't - why would you want to not have it? Very useful!

EDIT - I'm interpreting "average thingmy" as "redisual range"

You could of course stick a bit of black insulating tape across it - to "insulate" you from it!

EDIT - I'm interpreting "average thingmy" as "redisual range"

I have to agree that it's annoying. I wouldn't mind it as part of the journey summary once I switch the engine off, but definitely don't need it in view throughout the entire journey. I just can't find a way to get rid.

I have to scroll through the various displays on the instrument binnacle screen to see this information

Are you sure? It's showing on the one in the September 2019 - 380 kilometres to go in this case:

Are you sure? It's showing on the one in the September 2019 - 380 miles to go in this case:
