J10 push buton

Holi all need help just bought a j10 and was fiddling I've used the key to lock the steering and now I can only turn the ignition using the key before I didn't how do I put it back to not needing the key to start the car if that makes sense

I'm not familiar with the way your car operates.

I presume you've read the manual - have you tried this routine?

Try holding you fob on the start button and press the start button

Ive done exactly the same apparently this is the function a mechanic uses while running tests, it's at the dealer tomorrow to revert back to keyless

Hi Jon, mines sorted, it's actually very simple, push your clutch and brake pedals, and wiggle steering wheel, turn ignition without key, this takes it out of the lock position
