Sorted, phoned for information from parts distributor and they are the same wheel.
I'm getting a 17, inch space saver from a Kadjar , going for it tomorrow.

Mostyn, you will find that the Wheel Spec Sizes are the same I suppose both Nissan & Renault being Alliance Partners. As long as the 5 Bolt PCDβs are 115,4mm and the Centre Hole is 66,1mm Dia and normally the 5 Fixing Threads for the Wheel Fixing Threads are M12 x 1,5mm then all should be OK. The confirmation you now have so itβs a Go ! - Dave

Shouldn't that be 5x114.3?

Well, I got the wheel and tyre, fit's the car nicely (took wheel off) tried space saver on = Perfect, also fit's in the well of the boot; although it does stand a wee bit proud, not allowing the cover to sit perfectly flat. Is that normal with a space saver? 155. 80. R17. 300 tyre size.

Yes, the link was really helpful, Dave. I've just been looking through the photos on that link; and as I said my 17, inch wheel & tyre stand a wee bit high in the well, Are those foam or polystyrene surrounds there to eliminate the slight gap either side of the tyre? and would my lower boot wheel cover still fit in if I got some of those surrounds? I assume they sit above the wheel well either side? They would probably make the lower boot wheel cover sit nicer without that wee bit of play-movement up-and-down in the cover. now I need to shop around for those wrap arounds .

Mostyn, our QQ has the 16β Wheel Installed with the Bose Sub-Woofer which does sit high. The Foam parts were supposed to support the Flexible Floor before Spare / Emergency Wheels were Installed, but they are still very useful for retaining Tools, Emergency stuff, First Aid etc.... I would think you have the same situation and I am sure members will answer that. Our Flexible Floor does still fit but raises in the middle due to the Sub-Woofer so some space is lost. The Split 2 Section Hard Floor fits just as before - Dave
Left the Tools / Right space for the Emergency stuff :
