DAVE BERLIN ...when i picked up my RENAULT KADJAR the battery was RENAULT/NISSAN EFB MADE in SPAIN so had a varta for a day😤😤😤😤😤

You can but not recommended. Disconnect the negative cable best.

The replaced battery will probably not be charged correctly. The car has a special Battery Management System which governs the charging based on specific battery type.

Just spoke with a Cousin from NZ who is at present in Canada and I asked him had his VW Golf “Stop / Start” Problems been overcome. He conformed yes and guess what a new VARTA Battery had been installed, no more problems - Dave 😊
