RADIO CODE?

Radio Code?
Looked through my documents and couldn't find a code for the radio. Should I have one? I have the colour code and a key code; but no radio code.
Should I contact the Nissan Dealer where I bought my car?

Don't need one. That whole unit would need configuring via Nissan Consult AFAIK. Who would want it anyway?

I have no Idea. it's a 2018, N-Connecta 1.5dci , it will be two years old next month. my old Honda Civic had a radio code.

On my defects list to the dealer I recorded:

Q. Radio security Code? Is there a code number for this radio? Not recorded in the instruction manual
A1. Advised code will be supplied
A2. Advised on 23 March 2016 that the type of audio system fitted is not coded hence not relevant

If it has an SD Map card slot at top right its a Connect 3 and no user code is supplied. It'll be a dealer job as I said

Very clever of the manufacturers to eliminate any D-I-Y on this unit.. I was looking on the posts about batteries and checked mine to discover it's a Renault Fiamm Battery (working perfectly at present) are they covered by warranty for 5, years? someone mentioned they were covered by Nissan. That was the reason I asked about the need for a radio code; in case I need to change the battery after it's warranty runs out.

AFAIK
The Fiamm has 3 years warranty from production and providing Nissan perform Service for 1st 3 years.

On Nissan waranty expiration you are on your own.
