Nissan Qashqai 2018 N-Connecta 1.5,dci two year old today; and it runs perfectly with 17000 miles on the clock.
Love the car it runs like a dream - comfortable - powerful and very frugal on the fuel, and it looks lovely , so unfortunately no problems to post.. Hope your all well at this time? and your vehicles are in tip top condition. Take care everyone !!

Hi Mike,
Why change to a 1.3 petrol? how much mileage did you put on the 2017 DCI 1.5. ?

IIRC I was just over 32,000 miles in 30 months - not mega mileage

I’m about to retire.
My mileage mainly comes from my commute to Keele University, diesels are best for big mileages as we know. However, I’m going to be covering significantly less in future.
Also, I was uncertain about the reliability of the Ad-Blue system having read about early failures/problems/issues.
Finally, I have been thinking about going automatic for a while and the DCT is superb.
If it had been available on the diesel it would have been a more complex decision.

Seems like a good move to petrol engined vehicle. I don't do a lot of mileage; and thinking on it, I maybe should have gone for petrol? But must say; I'm happy with my 1.5dci at present. I may look at something with a 1.6 or 2.0 litre petrol in a year or two, that's if I'm still alive (hopefully) I'm 72, now. I do love driving the Qashqai though.. maybe a 1.3, petrol QQ would suit me?

Great news so pleased youv'e got a good un! My local garage has a 16 plate white qq for sale awaiting preparation I've had a look and it looks tidy no idea what mileage. Or what fuel but does say echo blue on back diesel maybe? Will have to wait for current situation to improve!
