I bouht a new qashqai in 2016 which came with free membership of the RAC courtesy of Nissan. This has been renewed every year since. I wanted to download the “My RAC" app but it needs a membership number which I don’t have and has never been issued to me. Nissan, RAC & my dealer are unable to help. Has anyone else in UK come up against this and if so how have you managed sign up to the app without a membership number?
