Just took delivery of my brand new 2020 J11 Qashqai and have already started to identify problems after only one day.

Dave, firstly welcome to the Forum but unfortunately with not a good start. Make sure you log and possibly photo all your problems as Black & White always helps for later if you have to get NCS involved if your Dealer does not put the Faults right. You have a Guarantee so you should use it and hopefully you will get the QQ sorted - Dave 
If you have time make sure you look in the “Search” Area where all the old information and Tips are.
You could add which Model QQ / Motor / Gearbox you have for any future help questions
