Hi everyone...I joined the forum this morning in preparation to picking up my almost new Qashqai on Thursday, coming from an X-Trail background ( 6+ years ) I'm hoping that the QQ will be just as good a car.

My QQ is a pre-registered 19 plate 1.5dCi n-connecta with the Glass Roof pack in Magnetic Red with 8 miles on the clock.

So, here's hoping all goes well without too many problems, though after reading something on the forum I already have a small niggle with the car, but I'll address that in an appropriate section of the forum.

Welcome - I recently hired an X-Trail in Australia and found it - not unsurprisingly - very similar to my Qashqai. Very lowly spec however over there.

I believe satisfaction with Nissans is very much down to the dealer experience. In which case I conclude you don't use the Gloucester dealer - as you can see I don't any more...

Hi gloucester...thanks for the warm welcome, I agree re the dealer experience, I found out just how poor all my local Main Dealers are after having very bad experiences with all of them.

Hi, I joined in April from Mercedes previous cars, my first Nissan and so far so good, although my son had a Skyline R34, what a beast.
