Did your car have a blanking plate in the back? Mine is just solid

yep it`s solid, you get a template to show you where to drill a few holes and hacksaw blade to cut thru the thin plastic trim

I might hold off on that for the time being. I was fairly nervous drilling holes for the mud flaps!

Thats ok its not a big job holes need to bd drilled so you can put a saw blade in to cut the square out. Nothing to it really

I took the plunge and installed the usb ports. Like you said, very simple.

I didn't realise they lit up as well! Very pleased

Now comes the realisation I rarely have people in the backseat... o_o

Same here i just plug the phone charger leads in and feed them along side of front seat and thats it. Good thing not haveing anybody in rear seats means they wont damage the rear usb slots if you have leads plugged in
