Boot keeps opening

I have a 12 plate Qashqai I’ve only had it a few weeks and love it the other day I put something in the boot closed it as normal started driving and the boot popped open I shut it and a few seconds later it opens again I’ve taken it to a garage and they not sure what is causing it but says it’s more than likely electrical? Has anyone had the same issue if so what was it and how did you sort it? Thanks

Its either a lock/actuator mechanical problem or as the garage says...electrical. They could test the later by electrically disconnecting to see if the lock ...stays locked?
