Radio upgrade

Hi I have a2017 quahqai with factory cd radio , I’m fitting a 2016 quahqai sat nav radio cd system got a issue with one of the connections can anyone help me please check pictures

Is the back of radio in 2nd pic the new one your trying to put the original white connectors into ?

i`m guessing that one of the white connectors won`t fit into the new sat/nav unit then

Are you fitting a Connect ICE system or attempting to?
If so I wouldn't expect compatibility. Doing something like that requires both systems wiring diagrams to initially determine what inputs the car can provide to the Sat Nav (ICE). And what the Sat Nav outputs.

Yes one of the white leads won’t fit in to the sat nav unit any ideas

think it`s because the car never had sat-nav fitted before and you won`t have the correct wires installed. may be a cheaper option to invest in a garmin sat-nav and you`ll get lifetime map updates aswell
