Hello all , I live in the Auvergne region of France and took posession of my new Qashqai with 4 klm on the clock Friday afternoon, 3 july 2020. It has been a bit of a shock for my wife and I as to the overall spec and performance of the car, let alone all the features, extras and gizmos that came with it. 'Cassie' (the colour is Cassis) is a German import and was made in Germany. So far, just one downside, all the manuals are in German, French and Italien and our French langauge is not that good for technical information and the traslation tech like Reverso, Googel translate is not that good eith so on the hunt for Owners/service manual in English. But we are well pleased with 'Cassie'
I doubt that the specific electronic manuals are available on the web. You should ask your Nissan dealer to obtain them for you. All of them for your new car and is paper.
Bubba, you mention that you have bought a QQ from Germany and Made in Germany. That cannot be correct as No QQ's are built in Germany they come from the UK Sunderland. Did you buy this QQ from an Export / Import Co. or a Nissan Dealer ?.
We live in Germany and I tried to get a Manual in English (Technical German is not Easy) when we bought the QQ, but this was not on so we have to make do with the German version, ask our Dealer or use the Forum. May I ask what built year and type of QQ you have ? - Dave
Thank you all, your support means a lot as the last new car a bought was back in 2006, a Honda CRV and a Smart fortwo for the wife; a lot has changed!!! All this tech stuff is blowing me away.
gloucester, thanks for the manual, great help. No matter if it’s a US version, I picked up a Canada version, much the same, certainly explains the functionalities to get my head round easier……. Doh!
Dave, I say Germany as everything about it says made in Germany, I too thought it would have come out of Sunderland, the only identifier I can find on it so far is the 'Farbnummer' of GABG and 'Handler -Code' 019150 that is apart from the VIN, all the obvious components are stamped or written in German, including manufacturers labels, tyres are German Michelins
It did come from an importers in Clermont Ferrand, spent 2 months researching first, I know we are taking a bit of a flyer perhaps but needs must etc etc.

Bubba, you have got a Sunderland QQ built to German Spec that is all and that is why it’s all in German language, you will find minor variations in the Spec to the UK. At least you got a New Spec model and not a Discounted one with old Spec and Engine - Well Done Play with it and Enjoy it Dave
