Roof Mounted Bike Rack - Advice please if boot will open with it on

Hi there, I am just about to sign on the dotted line to lease new qashqai - which already has roof rails. And I would really appreciate advice regarding the use of roof mounted bike racks.
On my current car I have been using a Thule 561 outride bike rack, which is the one the front forks lock into. But the qashqai seems to have a smaller roof than my current car, and I wonder if the boot swill still open with out hitting the bars. Especially with that little spoiler on it.
I am keen to stay with rook mounted bike racks , especially as I already have the kit, and really hope there is someone out there that may have already tried and can advise me quite quickly?
The Thule rack that takes the bike is 136 cm from the where the front of where the footpack would sit on the roof rails. And on my current car with bars, is approx 17 cm above the roof at its end tip.
Cheers guys
