Working at an insurance company myself, these things are searchable, but most don't. In fact, I don't think we have a loading policy on our premiums (you will be amazed at some of the loadings, ie owning a brand new car will product a negative load, however having it on a lease will increase it!
There are usually clauses in the policy which state that you must tell them about anything that Could effect the policy, even if they do not ask the question. I tell them about mine and it has no effect because I dont deal with the ones that do load because of it!
You just need to shop around!
