Not really that much of an issue. You need to sort out the insurance before you can drive the car away, so what's wrong with sorting out the new RFL payment at the same time?

Not really an issue as long as you are near a post office or have access to the internet. But you have always had to sort out insurance as well, so its only an extra step and over time people will get used to it! HJ has just over sensationalised the headline a little!
