Quacker, not the 'bullcrap' you think it is. I think you'll find Danny was referring to how things have been over the last century over in the US. Not sure if the same constraints still apply.

Yesterday the big news came out here that now Mercedes had been raided due to the emission problems and it really looks like that the "S_ _ _ is hitting the Fan" also mentioned Fiat / Chrysler and Renault, PSA are still being investigated -Dave ;)
