Gel, I got hold of this Tom guy in the UK and asked him if he could support QQ members that had connection problems and the answer was No !, as you mentioned he said he was basically a PR Guy, so there goes another chance of solving problems - Dave

There is a software update with the latest maps. No idea if this fixes Bluetooth issues you have, but it may be worth a shot.
