There was the Nissan Rogue Trail Warrior and then this “Thing” turned up called The “Ripsaw”. If of any interest there are some nice videos in the following attachments. I saw this yesterday on the “GRIP” Motor Show on TV here, IMHO very interesting - Enjoy Dave

Ripsaw EV2 (Extreme Vehicle 2) is one of the world's most sought after high performance vehicles, luxury handcrafted, limited-run, high-end, luxury super tank developed for the public and extreme off road recreation. Originally designed and built for the military as a high speed super tank, its base platform the "Ripsaw" proved to be the fastest dual tracked vehicle ever developed. From 12 inches of suspension travel, to its luxurious interior and over 750 HP (also 600 HP) from a 6,6L Duramax Diesel Motor which is capable of reaching speeds of almost 100 miles per hour and costs roughly $250,000. These vehicles take up to 6 months to fabricate. The Militarized Ripsaw is a version of which is actually due to appear in the upcoming action Film, “The Fate of the Furious” (also known as “Fast & Furious 8”).
