I missed a van crashing into a wall I had passed on a cycle 5 minutes earlier. His speed was about 30 to 40 mph. He mounted and crossed the central reservation and on coming lane. Wall was about 6 foot high and knocked part of it over...only! Think it was heart attack?

The electrics/electronics can only mitigate incident damage and hopefully doesn't cause incidents as with Nissan Forward Braking we see here. Think these can be classed as near misses so far. There's plenty to gain from this stuff but complexity is an issue...to me anyway.
