Sandgrounder, two years ago I suggested and made up a prototype Pouch for our Dealer. The suggestion was instead of giving a normal FREE Pouch to Customers with Intelligent Key Systems to give a Faraday Pouch with the Dealer name on. Result = No Action but I will send your Kia Info to our Sales Guy - Dave

That’s a good idea, Dave. I’m sure it could go some way to alleviate any security concerns with this keyless technology - unless Nissan thinks it might be an admission that their security isn’t up to an acceptable standard?

The thing is, that most of these cars can be broken into, but not driven away.
Any car can be broken into, just smash the window.
So as long as it cant be driven away, then most cars are fine. This is scaremongering, by the tabloids and even by the BBC
At the end of the day, if a professional wants your car, they are going to get it. Putting it in a Garage is probably the best as it's out of sight.
