This is all very well Dave but they need to interpret signal from many forum members regards
inadequate service/ customer levels from far too many dealerships, including the ones they own directly!
Also need to respond to feedback on here on various niggles such as not being able to scroll through
radio presets via steering wheel controls, Noddy horn, voice activation having seemingly been disabled on J11B's etc etc

Gel, all I am doing is passing on the Information for interest on what is planned in the Future by Nissan Technology - Dave
We have both been on this Forum since early 2014 and we both know the Problems which have arisen and what Nissan has done or in many cases not done. We both have mentioned ways to hopefully improve the Service from Nissan, Nissan Dealers, NCS etc.... but there are still a lot of unhappy members driving QQ's. I just wish that a Person from Nissan could be designated to read this Forum and then perhaps get some reaction back from them. Naturally I also agree with your comments.
I have mentioned before that I am still awaiting an answer after 2 months from NCS Germany on what I consider to be an easy technical question,but as yet no answer.
