Nissan Japan seem to be after a few Million $’s back from Carlos Ghosn - Dave
“Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has today filed a civil lawsuit against Carlos Ghosn. The suit, filed at Yokohama District Court, Kanagawa, Japan, seeks an initial amount of JPY 10 billion ($90 million) in order to recover a significant part of the monetary damages inflicted on the company by its former Chairman as a result of years of his misconduct and fraudulent activity.”

Life still goes on in Lebanon for Carlos Ghosn. An old friend of mine out here in Berlin who used to have a business and live in Lebanon has a love of Ghosn and sent me a couple of YouTube videos this morning. They are just like watching a Criminal Series but interesting - Dave

“The Tokyo District Court held its first hearing (Sept 15th) on the case involving Greg Kelly and Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., concerning the violation of the Japan Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (submission of annual securities reports containing false statements) by former Chairman Carlos Ghosn and former Representative Director Greg Kelly”
