I have had a search but there's nothing that covers this topic.
I am looking at other owners of Tekna+ models who have tried putting the two luggage boards flat, into the space where you could put the parcel shelf.
I couldn't fit my two boards in there, possible due to the sub in wheel space.
Anyone else found this?
Luggage boards on the Tekna+ specifically

QashqaiGuy, we have not got a J11B as yet and the point you are making was a particular point for me, storage space, spare Wheel space due to the Bose System, but as yet I have not followed this point up.
Just as an example take a look at this old post as it has some pics on what I done to our QQ just for information - Dave

I had another go today and I definitely can't fit the two boards in. I think this is because the space under where they usually sit is shallower than on other non Tekna models due to the Bose sub. As such there is not enough room to slide them in under the plastic ledges on either side which support the boards when being used as a flat floor.
I'm a little disappointed as it either means I have to remove them from the car completely or always have them has the lay-flat floor.

The space under must be very shallow - mine was about 125mm?
I almost always left mine in - to get the flat floor - and because I kept things underneath like a tarpaulin, toolkit, first aid, triangle and umbrellas.

I have managed to find some photos online that show the difference between Qashqai trims and their boot space regarding g the boards. As you can see the models with the Bose sound system have a noticeably smaller gap between the plastic board holder and 'real floor. As such you can't use the angle to put the two boards in.

......although I can't put the luggage boards on the very base of the boot space due to the Bose system I have come up with some clever space usage. The Bose system is surrounded by polystyrene, with the tyre inflator and repair packed in also. I have used the cut-outs to carry my own breakdown bits: tyre weld, a hi-vis, jump leads, a tow rope and a rain mack. I'm pretty pleased with my ingenuity!

QashqaiGuy, nice Job at least that clears a few points up for me - great minds think alike Your comments for me are the answers on the Bose vs Spare Wheel Situation on the Tekna +, it looks like it’s going to be a Gunk Job or Road Side Assistance - Thanks Dave

@DaveBerlin, ah yes. I think I'll try an avoid using the weld to be honest. I rarely do love distance, and have different recovery options, so I'd use them in think.
