Being blocked in is extremely annoying, perhaps the driver in the video has taken his release a little too far.
We used to have a visitor to one of our neighbours who liked to park across our drive and block access in and out of garages, I did asked her to stop doing it but she apologised but she just said we are only next door just knock and we will move the car to let you out. I think she missed the point, why should I need to ask her to be able to exit my own drive. It happen a few times, until my son and daughter parked their cars front and back of the car which was again blocking our drive effectively blocking her in. We went for a walk for an hour when we got back the woman was purple with rage, she never did it again.
She could have parked across our neighbours drive, she was after all, visiting them, but I suspect she didn't want to block their drive.
Nowt so queer a folk
You block me in- I give you bodywork bill!
