Dave, as I have friends living most of the time now in Germany, I have driven there quite a bit.
You are right it is extremely dangerous at those speeds if we do not pay extra attention.

Is that an official speed limit? Can't find anything on the web regarding 25 mph speed limits, does seem a strange number between the 20 mph and 30 mph official limits.
