The responsible ones are already paying via there club and Association fees. So why should they pay twice for the same thing?
Why am I forced to buy a TV licence ? Why does everyone pay tax at atleast 3 points for driving a car ?

If it's decided it's something that needs a licence, then someone has to pay.

I expect you did but in return you got a marked out pitch to play on. Someone paid for providing you with that asset.
That was what part of the fees the clubs that used the pitches in the league paid at the start of the season. So yes someone paid, the teams that used them.

That’s the same as those who pay fees to their clubs and BMFA for protection and insurance so the public can be safe.

But then as players we paid weekly subs. Club got some money from sponsors towards costs. End user is always the 1's that pay.

It was expected after the Drone fiasco at Gatwick. Radio Controlled a/c are effectively operating in the various Amateur Bands (VHF/UHF) at limited power levels. One of them at 2.4ghz is the common use of wifi routers.

Would never stop any enterprising rebel powering up well over prescribed limits.
