Audio/communication/entertainment/navigation (ACEN) systems comprised half of the 10 most problematic issues that owners cite in their new vehicle.

These surveys make me smile, most of the things that "break down" were not even fitted to cars when I started driving :D My first brand new car was bought in 1990 cost £25000 and didn't come with a radio, that was extra :D :D
Past cars Mercedes B Class, S Class, E Class Estate, E Class Coupe, G Wagen, 260E interspersed with Peugeot 406 and Audi Coupe.
