Vactan rust treatment ?

Has anyone used this, I have ordered some and it seems good on first test, i was thinking of using it in hard to reach places on my mini project, it claims to treat the rust and becone a primer. any thoughts?

On my wife's mota, as I'm too ancient to go crawling under cars, I had local garage apply this to
the underside (of the car!)
